O Recall na empresa montadora sob a perspectiva informacional da gestão do ciclo de vida do produto (Product Lifecycle Management – PLM)

This article boards the information model included in recall process of a nationalcompany assembler. The study was developed considering the data flow andinformation associated to the stages that compose the management boarding of product lifecycle (Product Lifecycle Management – PLM). The results demonstratethe correct administration importance of creation activities, storage, distribution,application and data and information discards, for organization knowledge generationand, consequently, for processes effectiveness of corporative decision reach.
